EXCHANGE POLICY
Need a Different Size?
If your item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose another color or design.
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll pay the price difference. If it’s cheaper, no refund will be given.
- You must ship the item back to us first before we process the exchange.
- A ₱150 shipping fee applies (waived if you pick up from our warehouse).
Message us on Instagram (@pav.phil) or Facebook (PAV PH) within 7 days to start your exchange request. Once approved, we’ll ship your new item in 3-5 working days with a new tracking number.
Received a Damaged Item?
We carefully pack all orders, but if you receive a damaged item, please:
- Message us within 7 days on Instagram or Facebook.
- Send us photos of the damaged item for review.
Other Important Notes:
- We do not offer refunds.
- Contact us within 7 days if there’s any issue with your order.
