EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

IT DOESN’T FIT, CAN I REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE?

Since there are sizes of items may differ, we’re accepting exchange of item size within 7 days from the receipt of the delivery provided. If the same item you purchased is not available, you may choose other color, if no available color for your first design, you may choose other design already. If the item you want is more expensive than the one you got, balance shall be charged. If it’s lower than the original item, there’s no balance that will be compensated. The item should be shipped to us before we process the exchange, message us within 7 days in our Instagram (pav.phil) and Facebook (PAV PH) channels. We first need to make sure that the item is unused, undamaged and still saleable, otherwise, we will reject your request. Once approved, it will be shipped to you 3-5 working days, we will provide a new tracking number. P150 shall be charged for the shipping of your items. P150 is also applicable when you go to our physical store. Shipping fee for exchange can be free when you get your items directly in our warehouse.

IT WAS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before we ship the item, we are making sure it was properly wrapped, packed and sealed to avoid indemnities. Please message us on our Instagram and Facebook channels within 7 days by sending the damaged item and we will review and revert to you.

  • We do not offer refund. Kindly message us within 7 days should you have any problem with the received items.
